— Noah John Smith, 23, Lisbon, was cited for failure to yield following a two-vehicle crash in the 16000 block of St. Clair Avenue at 4:43 p.m. June 30 in which he was southbound and attempted to turn left onto Puriton Avenue, striking a northbound vehicle driven by Ammie S. Davis, 47, East Liverpool, and causing it to travel off the roadway and coming to rest against a road sign. Davis was transported by ambulance to the East Liverpool hospital with possible injuries.

— Jamie Ann Vujaklya, 48, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of East Liverpool Municipal Court following a traffic stop in the 16000 block of Annesley Road at 5:26 a.m. June 29.

— Louis E. Ehlenbach, 63, East Liverpool, was cited for OVI and assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash at St. Clair Avenue and Birkshire Road at 11:30 a.m. June 25 in which he was northbound and failed to stop for traffic, striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Charles N. Bott, 48, East Liverpool. No injuries were reported.
