St. Clair Township
-- Louis E. Ehlenbach, 63, Vale Street, East Liverpool, was charged with OVI and assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on St. Clair Avenue and Birkshire Road at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in which he was northbound and failed to stop for traffic, striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Charles N. Bott, 48, East Liverpool. No injuries were reported.
-- An Annesley Road resident reported at 9:55 p.m. Friday the dog of a man he knows came on his property and attacked his dog, ripping the ear and leaving several puncture wounds. The resident said it is the second time his dog has been attacked by the other dog.

-- An officer responded to the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:38 a.m. Sunday in reference to someone attempting to flag down vehicles, but was unable to find the person.
-- An officer responded to the 900 block of May Street at 11:52 p.m. Saturday where a resident reported a neighbor threw a rock out of the upstairs window. The officer found glass from the second floor window on the sidewalk, steps to the house and on the complainant's porch. There was also a rock smashed on the sidewalk. The complainant said there was no electric or water on in the neighbor's house. The neighbor said the incident was accidental and confirmed she did not have utilities and that her boyfriend owns the home. The matter was forwarded to the planning department.
-- Kimberly Ann Wolfe, 53, no address listed, was charged with an unspecified offense after officers responded to the 1200 block of Avondale Street at 11:23 p.m. Saturday in reference to an intoxicated woman passed out by garbage cans. She would not answer any questions and attempted to walk away while an officer was talking to her.
-- An officer doing rounds at Heights Manor on North Shadylane at 10:15 p.m. Saturday detected the smell of marijuana and narrowed it down to an apartment. Upon speaking with the occupants, the officer determined one of them to likely be high, but the occupant said he had only been drinking. The officer also observed several vape pens and a pile of cigar tobacco in an ashtray consistent with marijuana usage. The occupant was advised a report would be forwarded to the complex management.
-- Officers responded to the area of College Street at 12:17 a.m. June 24 for a report of drug activity but found no problems.
-- An officer responded to the 300 block of West Ninth Street at 9:34 p.m. June 23 in reference to a small dog that was abandoned. The dog was transported to the dog pound for housing.
-- An officer responded to the 200 block of Penn Avenue at 8:22 p.m. June 23 where a resident reported finding a hunting arrow in the bushes while doing some yard work and wanted the incident documented in case any others were found. The officer collected the arrow and disposed of it in the trash.
-- An officer spoke with a Grant Street resident at 7:44 p.m. June 23 who said he saw a truck back into a telephone pole and now the pole is leaning.
-- A Maryland Street resident reported at 7:13 p.m. June 23 someone had moved a pole from her back yard to the neighbor's back yard, and she had retrieved it. She said she wanted the matter documented.
-- An Iowa resident reported at 6:23 p.m. June 23 that his father was refusing to give him his driver's license and birth certificate. He was advised that the matter was civil in nature.
-- Tyler Quimby, no age or address listed, was cited for expired plates following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street at 4:51 p.m. June 23.
-- Officers responded to the 600 block of Jefferson Street at 4:37 p.m. June 23 in reference to an argument and spoke with a woman who said she was yelling at kids to get in the car and that there was no problem with her or the man with her.
County Sheriff
-- A deputy responded to a domestic dispute reported at 8:59 p.m. June 22 on West School Street in West Township. Both the male and female signed refusals to prosecute.
-- The sheriff's office at 6:25 p.m. June 21 assisted Washingtonville Police with a domestic violence incident on Union Street in Washingtonville.
-- A deputy responded to an alarm at 3:27 a.m. June 20 on state Route 46 in Fairfield Township where the homeowner said the alarm came from a basement window. The deputy and homeowner found the window ajar, but there was no indication of an issue. The homeowner said he would secure it.
