-- Officers responded to a 700 block Green Lane home at 2:45 p.m. Monday where the resident wanted a man to be removed from the property. The man was there attempting to get one of the residents to ping his cell phone but she was unwilling to help. The man was told to leave the property and he was uncooperative in doing so, stopping every so often to yell at the residents and officers. He was warned for disorderly behavior and he left.
-- Dalton M. McKinnon, 20, no address listed, turned himself in on an active warrant at 12:25 p.m. Monday.
-- Officers responded to the 300 block of Blakely Street at 12:10 p.m. Monday in reference to a possible dispute. Officers spoke with both people involved who said there was no problem and one of them was there to reclaim a vehicle from the yard.
-- Officers responded to two woman sleeping at Fulmer Park on West Ninth Street at 7:56 a.m. Monday and found two people sleeping in a picnic shelter. They said they are homeless and waiting to meet with an agency regarding housing. They were told to stay awake while waiting for the meeting.
