- Officers at 1:50 a.m. Saturday assisted an employee at a St. Clair Avenue business in removing patrons at closing time.
- Officers responded to the 700 block of Armstrong Lane at 12:12 a.m. Saturday in reference to a possible domestic and were met by a woman screaming profanity rapidly approaching the cruiser while being held back by her husband. An investigation revealed the woman was intoxicated after visiting a neighbor's home and her PTSD was triggered by something someone said. Police spoke with the neighbors and one of them had minor injury to head that he said was caused by the woman, but that he did not want to pursue the matter.
- Police responded to North Elementary at 9:34 p.m. Friday where a juvenile could be seen on video tampering with the doors. Officers were unable to find the juvenile.
- James Chester Pugh, 32, no address listed, was charged with public intoxication after officers responded with medical personnel to a possible overdose in the 200 block of West Seventh Street at 7:33 p.m. Friday and found him in the back yard with labored breathing. He was administer four doses of Narcan before coming to and admitted to taking Percocet 30 without a prescription. He was transported to the East Liverpool hospital for treatment.
St. Clair Township
- Officers responded with medical personnel to the 14000 block of Cannon Mills Road at 11:50 a.m. Saturday for a medical call. The victim was transported by ambulance to the East Liverpool hospital.
Officers responded to a state Route 170 business at 10:33 a.m. Saturday in reference to an upset customer.
- David Wilkinson, no age or address listed, was cited for no driver's license and improper display following a traffic stop on state Route 7 at 11:36 a.m. Friday.
- Norman I. Shields, 51, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of East Liverpool Municipal Court following a traffic stop on St. Clair Avenue at 4 a.m. Friday in which he was a passenger.
- Amie S. Prager, 38, Burgettstown, Pa., was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash in the 16000 block of St. Clair Avenue at 4:07 p.m. Thursday in which she was southbound and failed to stop for traffic, striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Jerry B. Mostella, 43, Salineville, who was waiting to make a left turn onto McCoy Avenue. Both drivers were evaluated on scene.
- Nicolas J. Ludovici, 24, East Liverpool, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash in the 16000 block of state Route 267 at 6:53 p.m. Wednesday in which he was northbound and failed to stop for traffic, striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Steven R. Boyd, 53, Wellsville, who was waiting to make a left turn onto Annesely Road. All occupants in both vehicles were treated on scene.
