-- Police responded to the 16000 block of Glenn Street at 7:01 a.m. Thursday in reference to an unresponsive man in a vehicle. The man was administered Narcan and the man recovered after a short while of medical treatment.

-- Police responded to a 15000 block state Route 170 business at 12:20 p.m. April 26 in which a driver struck another vehicle in the parking lot then left the scene.

-- An Artistic Drive resident reported at 7:29 a.m. April 26 fraudulent activity through the postal service.

-- Amber Nichole Van Dyke, 23, no address listed, was charged with petty theft after officers responded to a 16000 block Dresden Avenue business at 6:02 p.m. April 24 where she allegedly failed to scan 21 items totaling $105.04 at the self checkout.

East Liverpool

-- Robert Lorena Beaubout, 61, no address listed, turned himself in at 2:56 p.m. April 26 on a warrant for failing to file city income tax.

-- Wilbert E. Faulk, 62, no address listed, was charged with criminal trespassing after police responded to the 200 block of West Seventh Street at 1:48 p.m. April 26 in reference to people in a condemned house. Officers found Faulk attempting to hide behind a refrigerator.
