St. Clair Township
--George S. Feezle III, 46, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of New Castle, Pa., following a traffic stop on St. Clair Avenue at 12:40 a.m. March 29.
--Officers responded to a 15000 block St. Clair Avenue business at 8:49 p.m. March 28 in reference to an elderly man sleeping in his car. The man was voluntarily transported by ambulance to the East Liverpool hospital.
--A Moore Avenue resident reported a fraud at 3:37 p.m. March 28.
East Liverpool
--Officers responded to the 300 block of Vine Street at 9:57 p.m. March 28 where a resident reported her son was in the alley despite her and her husband having a protection order against him. Officers could not find him in the area. The resident reported later that she believed her son had come to her door. Officers contacted the son, who said he had not been at the house, and advised hims to stay away from the home.
--Officers responded to the area of St. Clair and McKinnon avenues at 3:43 p.m. March 28 in reference to an older man walking on the sidewalk in shorts and a T-shirt. The man was found shivering with a diaper hanging out of his shorts. He was transported to the police station where he refused medical assistance. His mother was contacted to come pick him up.
--Officers responded to the East Liverpool hospital at 12:28 p.m. March 28 in reference to a combative patient. The patient was escorted from the facility.
--Officers responded to the 1000 block of Dresden Avenue at 4:36 a.m. March 28 where the resident reported an unknown man was knocking on the door. Officers spoke with the man who said he was recently hired by a local company and was told someone at the address would give him a ride to work. He was advised no one by the name he gave lived at the home and to not return.
--Shawn J. Adams, 51, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County after officers responded to the 300 block of Moore Street at 9:32 p.m. March 27 in reference to a person to be removed. Adams was transported by ambulance to the East Liverpool hospital after complaining of chest pains and officers stood by until sheriff's office deputies arrived.
--Kenneth R. Taylor, 43, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant out of Columbiana County and also charged with using weapons while intoxicated after officers responded to the 800 block of Rigby Street at 8:28 p.m. March 27 where a resident reported he had returned home intoxicated and started smashing items around the house then went outside and fired shots to scare her.
--An officer responded to a 900 block Denver Street home at 4:33 p.m. March 27 in reference to a report of a man attempting to enter the home and found it to be a false alarm. A resident later reported the man was harassing her since they broke up and making threats toward her. The matter was forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
--Officers responded to a 1500 block Globe Street home at 11:35 a.m. March 27 in reference to a domestic dispute and found it to be verbal. One of the people involved agreed to leave to let the situation calm down.
--Jessica Welsh, 29, Jackman Street, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control following a one-vehicle crash on state Route 39 westbound at 2:40 a.m. March 27.
Sheriff's office
-- A missing child was reported at a McSwiggen Road, Franklin Township, address at 6:47 p.m. Thursday. Deputies investigated those who knew the missing child and learned the child is often around another person in Salineville. Police in the village located the child at the home and the child's mother was notified where she could pick the child up.
