- Officers were dispatched to a Moore Street residence on March 13 at 3:40 a.m. for a possible domestic situation. Upon arrival officers heard arguing coming from the apartment and they went in and found three people arguing in the bathroom. They said they were at Saddle Ridge and were jumped by unknown males. Two of the three had fresh injuries on their faces. The subjects said they were arguing about the fight but none of them had assaulted one another. Officers told them to keep the noise down and go to bed for the night.
- A Morrison Street caller told officers that a man was on her property who she had a protection order against on March 14 at 12:28 a.m. She said he kept knocking on the door. Officers told her the protection order had been dismissed and she said that it was not true. Officers took a report and said they would let the sheriffÌs office know where he was staying.
- A man was reportedly staggering into traffic near DunkinÌ Donuts and Circle Rehab on March 14 at 1:16 p.m. Officer located him at Rite Aid and observed him slurring speech and walking unsteadily. The man was not able to give officers his address but he did tell them where he worked. Officers went to his job to see if they could get his address. His boss said the man had worked earlier then left on a lunch break, never to return. They provided police with his address on Grant Street. Officers took him to the residence where he ran inside and began damaging the property and items within. Chief Abraham called the sheriffÌs office to come to the scene. Lisbon police placed him in a cruiser to detain him until the sheriffÌs units arrived.
-An East Lincoln Way resident came into the station March 14 at just before 2 p.m. and asked for help removing his brother from his apartment. Officers spoke to the brother who said he was leaving. He was advised that his brother doesnÌt want him there.
- A possible impaired driver was reported on March 17 at 2:08 p.m. in the North Beaver area, but officers did not find anyone matching the description.
- A North Market Street resident called police March 16 shortly before midnight to report that someone was in his apartment building who was not allowed to be there. Officers went and spoke to the man who said he was not aware of any trespassing orders against the person. He said she was being loud. Officers said they cannot remove her without an order but they did ask her to be quiet.
- Police did a welfare check on March 16 at shortly before 10 p.m. after a caller said she was on the phone with her friend who was hauling a trailer of vehicles for work. She was worried because she said he wasnÌt feeling well and pulled over into a lot on Bluff Street. Officers located the man and EMS arrived and took him to a hospital. Officers advised the caller about the situation and his truck was secured.
- Officers were dispatched on March 14 to Continuing Health Care on Vista Drive for a possible fire. When they arrived on the scene, they found that an electrical outlet had caught fire but had gone out before officers arrived. Officers made sure the fire hadnÌt spread to any walls and then cleared the call. No injuries were reported.
