EAST LIVERPOOL -- In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Jack L. Cunningham, of Homestead Drive, was set for a pretrial Nov. 9 on a theft charge.

Keilia L. Sine, of McDonald Street, was set Nov. 2 for a pretrial on OVI and failure to control charges.

Cagney A. Springer, of Center Road, was set Dec. 9 for a pretrial on driving under FRA suspension and improper registration charges.

Irene L. Myers, of Lisbon Street, had her pretrial continued to Nov. 16 on a theft charge.

Dillon Allen, of Birch Road, was set for a status hearing Nov. 16 on a driving under suspension charge.

James D. Soliday, of Minerva, was set Dec. 2 for a pretrial on an obstructing official business charge.

Samantha J. Ward, of Palissey Street, was set Nov. 30 for a pretrial on a child endangering charge.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY COURT NEWS

LISBON -- Lindzay Jason Beaver, 40, Blakely Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree felony domestic violence charge, for beating his girlfriend, Randi Vaughn with his fists, a vacuum cleaner and a wine bottle on Jan. 10. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 15.

After Kevin E. Kirby, 46, North Market Street, Lisbon, pleaded guilty last week to murder and attempted murder in the death of Melinda Todd, the prosecutor's office filed a motion this week to ask for the dismissal of a tampering with evidence charge, which was the fourth count of the indictment.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY GRAND JURY

LISBON - Matthew Patrick Soldo, 41, Grant Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. On Feb. 23, Soldo allegedly had methamphetamine. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
