LISBON — Cheyenne D. Weyand, 24, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, stipulated in Common Pleas Court to violating the terms of her intervention treatment plan she had been place on for a theft conviction. She was ordered to attend a program at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center. Weyand will then remain on community control.
EAST LIVERPOOL MUNICIPAL
EAST LIVERPOOL — Roger D. Ingram Sr., of Anderson Avenue in Wellsville, was sentenced to $50 plus costs on a speeding charge. He was set Aug. 24 for a pretrial on a carrying a concealed weapon charge.
Thomas M. Lynch, of Alpha Street, was sentenced to $700 in fines (all but $50 suspended on the condition that his property is maintained as required by city housing property codes) plus costs on charges of storage of tires, abandoned refrigerator, littering and storage of junk violations.
Joseph H. Garcia II, of Alpha Street, was set July 26 for charges of littering and improper disposal of garbage.
Jereme G. Dailey, of Sebring, was set Sept. 16 for a pretrial on charges of receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia.
Dereck S. Brooks, of North Market Street in Lisbon, was set Sept. 9 for a pretrial on a theft charge.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL
LISBON — An Aug. 3 pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Cassidy Marie Francis, 22, Warren, cited with driving under suspension, reckless operation, failure to control and a traffic control device violation. She was bound over to the grand jury on charges of felonious assault, failure to comply, resisting arrest and two counts of drug paraphernalia. On July 9, Francis allegedly attempted to flee from police, nearly struck East Palestine Sgt. Brian Moore in an unmarked cruiser with the emergency lights activated, pulling forward and nearly striking detective Dan Haueter, fleeing at a high rate of speed before wrecking the vehicle on North Market Street. In the vehicle, Francis allegedly had about 2,222 grams of packaged THC, a digital scale with white powder residue and a crack cocaine pipe under her purse.
A July 26 preliminary hearing was set for Patrick Henry Adams, 51, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with compelling prostitution, tampering with evidence, engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Adams allegedly responded to an advertisement and requested sex with two girls, ages 18 and 16, who were foster children runaways, offering $120 and using his iPhone to set up the illegal act. He then allegedly attempted to delete the text messages from the two women in front of police. Adams reportedly has at least two prior convictions for prostitution in Florida in 1992 and 1994.
Steven C. Rice, 44, Vienna, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of engaging in prostitution, tampering with evidence and possessing criminal tools for allegedly arranging to sexual conduct with a woman in exchange for $100, using his cell phone to make the arrangements and then deleting the messages when officers were present.
A July 26 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for James J. DePizzo, 51, Girard, charged with promoting prostitution – transport across state lines for sex for hire and cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a crack cocaine pipe on Saturday. DePizzo allegedly driving Haley Taylor to East Palestine to engage in sexual activities with an undercover agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force on Saturday.
A Sept. 7 pretrial was set for Edward Robinson, 29, Niles, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and failure to control.
An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Macy C. Goodman, 25, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly scratching Walker Trayes, her live-in boyfriend, on Sunday.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Walker J. Trayes, 25, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Macy Goodman in the eye on Sunday.
An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Cameron W. Martin, 29, Eastview Drive, Salem, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly being intoxicated and improperly touching a woman attending the same event on Crestview Road, Columbiana, on Sunday.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Craig A. Coffman, 39, cited with obstructing justice and fishing license required for allegedly fishing at Guilford Lake on Sunday without one. The obstructing charge was for allegedly lying to authorities about someone they were looking for, claiming he had not seen her when she was hiding behind the couch in the living room on Jan. 19.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Jay Bauer, 34, Warren, charged with two counts of assault for allegedly striking David Edwards with his head on Sunday and grabbing Tara Vlastic by the neck and throwing her.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Haley Ann Taylor, 28, Newton Falls, cited with possession of drug abuse instruments, soliciting and drug paraphernalia for allegedly agreeing to have sex with an undercover agent in the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, arranging a ride to bring her to the meeting location and having both a hypodermic syringe in her purse, a crack pipe and suspected heroin in her bra.
An Aug. 30 pretrial was set for Dylan J. Brasseur, 19, Bank Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping Hannah Pierce in the head three times and biting her harm on Sunday.
An Aug. 31 pretrial was set for Robert E. Vaughn Jr., 22, state Route 517, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly attempting to remove the ring from Brianna Smith’s finger, then when she started punching him, he reportedly restrained her, pushed her to the floor and took the ring.
Scott A. Dean, 37, Apple Street, Salem, was credited with six days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 54 days in jail, fined $300 and required 40 hours community service for three counts of violating a temporary protection order for being around a child he was not to be around on April 13, and sending electronic messages to Ashley Van Russell on May 24 and May 27.
Michael W. Thomas, 51, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $250, credited with five days in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for
Joseph Emmanuel Guzman, 36, Youngstown, was fined $120 for driving under suspension and speeding.
A Sept. 13 pretrial was set for Travis D. Krzysztofiak, 42, Boardman, cited with driving under suspension.
James L.A. Radman, 35, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
COLUMBIANA COUNTY GRAND JURY
LISBON — Sterling Antione Fante, also known as Slip, 35, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment charging him with failure to appear as required by recognizance bond, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly not appearing on May 12, 2021. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in June.
Craig A. Coffman, 39 South Union Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines in his possession on June 23, 2020. The indictment was issued in March.
Chad E. Brewer, 38, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment charging him with a fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor charge, for methamphetamines and paraphernalia allegedly in his possession on July 30, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
