EAST LIVERPOOL -- In East Liverpool Municipal Court, John Sullivan, of Vine Street, was sentenced to $225 plus costs and 180 days in jail on charges of violating a protection order (two counts), hit-skip and failure to maintain an assured clear distance. A review hearing is set Dec. 3.
Brandon D. Savin, of Valley Avenue, was sentenced to $500 plus costs and 180 days in jail (30 days imposed) on violating a protection order and domestic violence.
Michael A. Stover, of Thomas Road in Lisbon, is set for a motion hearing June 8 on charges of OVI and possession of marijuana.
Brendon M. Carr, of Commerce Street in Wellsville, is sentenced to $575 plus costs and 30 days in jail (three days imposed) on charges of OVI, possession of marijuana and failure to control. His review hearing is set Aug. 6.
David T. Gamble, of Dewey Avenue, was sentenced at $350 plus costs, 180 days in jail suspended and 40 community service hours on a hit/skip charge.
Tony L. Hilton, of Blakely Street, was set May 6 on an endangering children charge.
Lonnie D. Cunningham, of Lincoln Avenue, was set May 11 for a pretrial on charges of assault and theft.
Cierra J. Shultz, of Springfield Road in Poland, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a charge of failure to maintain an assured clear distance. She was set Aug. 6 for a review hearing.
