EAST LIVERPOOL -- In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Charles L. Tudor, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $500 and given 200 days in jail (60 imposed) on charges of a probation violation, unlawful restraint and domestic violence.
Robert L. Wright, Riverview Street, was fined $100 for failure to stop for a school bus.
Ashley M. Butler, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $100 for passing a school bus with flashing lights.
