LISBON -- In Common Pleas Court, Garett L. Bowling II, 28, Wells Hollow Road, Wellsville, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for convictions of burglary, breaking and entering, forgery, receiving stolen property and two counts of theft. The violations are primarily financial. Bowling's community control was dishonorably terminated. The charges were from 2016, when Bowling had broken into United Methodist Church in Wellsville on Sept. 1, 2016, when he took a checkbook and then forged a check to himself for $200. Additionally, Bowling had been to DC Music in Calcutta with audio equipment taken from the church. The other charge was for breaking into the home of Lori A. Hutchinson, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, on Dec. 8, 2016.

Erin Taggart, 26, West Perry Street, Salem, stipulated to violating the terms of her probation she had been placed on for charges of tampering with evidence, two counts of possessing drug abuse instruments and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. The charges included possession of methamphetamines with some of her charges were from Nov. 18, 2018, while the other charges were from March 21, 2019. Taggart was sentenced to 18 months in prison with credit for 334 days already served.

Natosha A. Miller, 27, Main Street, Wellsville, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction, and pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of heroin for drugs she had on Dec. 6, 2019. Miller was placed on a three-year intervention treatment program.
