EAST LIVERPOOL -- In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Brycen M. Douglas, of Clark Avenue in Wellsville, was set March 17 for a jury trial on an assault charge. He is set March 9 for a status hearing on this case.
Andre L. Owens Sr., of Warren, was sentenced to $250 plus costs on a disorderly conduct, which was reduced from a drug paraphernalia, charge. A review hearing was set for Feb. 12.
Thomas W. Martin, of Boring Lane, was sentenced to $450 plus costs on charges of reckless operation, reduced from an OVI charge; expired license and expired plates. A review hearing is set for Jan. 19.
Kristen S. Sturm, of Duke Vodrey Road, was sentenced to $250 plus costs; 60 days in jail, all suspended; and 20 community service hours on a theft charge. She is set for review Feb. 19.
