-- Deputies were called to Rogers Sale at 1:58 p.m. Tuesday where a man was accusing another man of stealing his property and attempting to sell it. Both men claimed they had receipts showing they purchased the property. Both had purchased the goods from the same wholesaler in Cleveland, who was contacted. There was no evidence anyone stole the items and deputies pointed out if they buy things from the same wholesaler it makes sense they would receive goods with the same make, model and color.

She said there are numerous repairs that need to be made and until they are complete, she is placing the rent in an escrow account.
