EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Carl Collins, 53, Cornell Street, was fined $280 for the charges of seatbelt violation and driving under suspension.

Prince Nelson, 22, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $30 for illegal plate.

Cagney Springer, 30, Penn Avenue, was given a pretrial date of Nov. 21 for the charge of domestic violence.
