EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, James S. Beebout, Densmore Avenue, was fined $600 plus costs and given 30 days in jail (three imposed), a one-year license suspension and three years probation for reckless operation, driving under suspension, failure to control and open container.

Larry D. Foster, Toledo, has a status hearing Oct. 15 on charges of driving under suspension and possession of both drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments.

John P. Warrick, Fifth Avenue, will have a motion hearing Oct. 23 on charges of OVI, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Edward A. Torres, Ogden Street, will have a revocation hearing Oct. 3.

Rashon Perry, Campbell, has a pretrial Oct. 22 for a no operator’s license (reduced from driving under suspension) and improper window tint.
