Mary E. Kiehl, 31, unknown address, pleaded guilty in county Common Pleas Court to two counts of possession of drugs for having less than five grams of cocaine and less than a gram of heroin on Nov. 21, 2015. She requested was sentenced to nine months in the Marysville Correctional Facility for Women. Kiehl also stipulated to violating the terms of her probation on two charges of possession of drugs for a spoon containing residue found in her pants and 290 tablets of Lorazepam located in a dresser drawer during a search warrant at her former home on Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, on March 1, 2014. She was sentenced to an additional nine months in Marysville.
Jared M. Coil, 28, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was sentenced to nine months in Lorain Correctional Facility for complicity to trafficking in drugs. Coil had driven a co-defendant, Corey Cope to sell 10 hydrocodone tablets to a confidential informant for $60 on March 6, 2015. Cope is currently serving 10 years for that and other crimes.
Kimberly J. Mutersbaugh, 50, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to eight months in Marysville for receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards. Mutersbaugh had a Key Bank debit card belonging to Vera Cain, 86, which she used to make $194 in purchases at Walmart, Smith Oil and Dollar General on April 23 and 24, 2015.
Dylan Edgar Rhodes, 23, Amsterdam, stipulated to violating the terms of his probation and was credited with 35 days in the jail and placed back on probation. Rhodes had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in a case involving three men and two teenage girls.
Kevin S. Neely, 34, South Surry Road, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of misuse of a credit card. Sentencing is set for April 22, when he is facing up to four years incarceration and a $9,500 fine. Neely had and used a First National Community Bank card belonging to Scott Butler and a Home Savings card belonging to James Mayfield on Aug. 31, 2015. Additionally, Neely had a check from Scott Butler’s bank account. The items were reportedly stolen from vehicles.
Blakely S. Cooper, 24, Cleveland, was placed on three years of community control, including being ordered to serve up to six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center. Cooper had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of drugs for having a spoon containing heroin residue, a plastic bag containing .23 grams of heroin, a blue tablet and half of a yellow tablet containing oxycodone, a plastic bag containing .28 grams of cocaine and a paper containing heroin all found in various locations throughout the home on Moore Street, East Liverpool on Sept. 12, 2014.
