In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Brandi M. Bratt, 25, Park Avenue, East Palestine, stipulated to violating the terms of her probation. Her community control was terminated dishonorably and she was sentenced to nine months in the Marysville Correctional Facility for Women, but credited with 114 days served.
In July 2015, Bratt had pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs for heroin and cocaine she had in July 2014 and had been placed on community control.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Justin E. Carter, 32, McKee Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to failure to stop and exchange identity information after an accident. Carter was in a 1998 Ford Explorer on West Eighth Street, East Liverpool, failed to yield the right of way and made a left turn into a motorcycle driven by Allen Brletich, who was ejected from the bike. Carter, whose license was reportedly suspended, left the scene and hid the Explorer. Brletich was flown by helicopter to Pittsburgh for treatment of a broken leg. Carter faces up to a year in prison, three year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Feb. 25.
Jonathan M. Weis, 26, Niles, was sentenced to nine months in prison with credit for 33 days served after he stipulated to violating his probation for a 2012 conviction of failure to verify his change of address. The probation was dishonorably terminated.
Michael S. Pitts, 24, state Route 664, Summitville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and was placed on a three-year intervention plan. Pitts had tetrahydrocannabinol on Aug. 27.
Patrick Moore, 40, Cedar Alley, Wellsville, was sentenced to 12 months in prison and had his license was suspended for 12 months for robbery and three counts of possession of drugs. He is credited with three days already served. Moore was fleeing after committing a theft at Walmart on March 4, 2015 and shoved a security person out of the way in order to try to get away. He also had less than a gram of heroin, less than five grams of cocaine and less than the bulk amount of oxycodone on Feb. 23, 2015.
Diana S. Cameron, 48, South Union Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to a year in prison for two counts possession of drugs and four counts of trafficking in drugs. On July 22, 2013, Cameron sold or offered to sell both heroin and cocaine in the vicinity of a school. She also sold or offered to sell less than five grams of cocaine on Aug. 12, 2013 and on Oct. 22, 2013, again in the vicinity of a school. She was found to have both heroin and cocaine in her possession on Oct. 25, 2013.
Joanne L. Brantley, 58, South Howard Avenue, Salem, was placed on two years community control for permitting drug abuse. Brantley had allowed her Salem home to be used for the trafficking of drugs.
Tiona L. Jones, 33, Warren, was sentenced to nine months in prison after she pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs for selling or offering to sell less than five grams of heroin on Feb. 5, 2014.
Roscoe D. Pearce, 27, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having 2.42 grams of cocaine on May 28, 2014. He face up to 12 months in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Feb. 29.
Columbiana County Common Pleas
Thomas I. Taylor, 46, Y and O Road, East Liverpool, stipulated in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court at a probable cause hearing and was found to have violated his probation for a previous receiving stolen property case. His four-year probation was ordered to continue for another 12 months under the same terms and conditions.
Robinette M. Cain, 49, Old Fredericktown Road, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating her treatment plan and it was dishonorably terminated. She was placed on probation under the same terms and conditions. She had previously pleaded guilty to possession of drugs.

Here, Cramer had broken into a garage belonging to his father, Donald Cramer, by prying off two metal hasps and locks to gain entry. He also had a TV sitting near the door belonging to his father, which he was attempting to steal on April 19.

His license was suspended for six months. Green previously pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having heroin on July 12, 2014.
Timothy L. Kampfer, 21, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and he pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having less than five grams of cocaine on July 25, 2014. He was placed on a four-year treatment plan.
Codey A. Mobley, 21, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was placed on five years community control for domestic violence. Count two of the indictment, a second domestic violence charge, was dismissed. On Jan. 31, 2015, Mobley was accused of shoving his mother, Bobbie Jo McIntyre over a recliner and tackling his brother, Seth, in the kitchen.
John W. Burke, 56, West Spruce Street, Lisbon, was sentenced to 16 months in prison, but credited with three days served. He was also fined $1,350 and had his license suspended for 10 years. Burke previously pleaded guilty to two counts of OVI for driving intoxicated on June 22, 2013, when he already has a felony OVI conviction in 1997.

He previously had pleaded guilty to burglary for trespassing in the home of Lisa Bentfeld, Shady Lane, Lisbon, on Oct. 8, 2013.
Anthony C. Blancato, 43, Toronto, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility for taking suboxone onto the grounds of the Eastern Ohio Corrections Center and giving it to an inmate at the facility, Angela Moses, on April 18, 2015. Sentencing is set for Feb. 18. He faces up to 36 months in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
Frederick D. Orr, 25, Columbus, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to trafficking in drugs and was sentenced immediately to a four-year prison term. His license was suspended for five years.
Orr was accused of selling or offering to sell more than 27 grams, but less than 100 grams of crack cocaine on April 27, 2011.
A Salineville man pleaded guilty this week in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to failing to pay child support for his five children.
Isaac L. Lemasters, 45, of Salineville Road West, is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 26 after pleading guilty as charged to five counts of failure to pay child support. Lemasters did not pay child support between August 2012 and August 2104, with the amount due totaling $41,134.
In other court news, a secret indictment issued by the county grand jury was served on Anthony “Jordy” Cleveland, 24, of Youngstown, who is charged with possessing cocaine in the county on Nov. 20, 2014.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
Jason A. Davis, 39, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to theft for taking a white Chevy Silverado pickup belonging to Mary Bailey on March 30, 2015. Davis faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing was set for Feb. 22.
Stacey L. Butcher, 41, West Pershing Street, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 10 months in Marysville Reformatory and had her license suspended for six months for trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of drugs.
Butcher sold 1.5 grams of what she proposed to be powdered heroin to a confidential informant for $120 on Jan. 15, 2013, but it turned out not to be heroin. In May 2015, Butcher was found to have less than a gram of heroin, less than five grams of crack cocaine twice and a glass smoking pipe.
Mark A. Jones, 43, Erie Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and was placed on a four-year plan. Jones was charged for .15 grams of cocaine found in a baggie in his vehicle on Feb. 7, 2014.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
Regina S. On Jan. 16, she had the chemicals and other materials needed to manufacture meth in a home in Lisbon in the vicinity of a child. Sentencing was set for Feb. 1. She faces up 11 years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $15,000 fine.
Patrick Moore, 39, Broadway, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of drugs for heroin, cocaine and oxycodone on Feb. 23, 2015. He faces up to 36 months, a five-year license suspension and a $7,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 18.
Benjamin R. Hipsley, 58, Newell, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for cocaine on Dec. 13, 2011. He faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Feb. 1.
Kristopher J. Cibula, 24, Hazel Run Road, Salineville, stipulated to violating his probation for a previous breaking and entering conviction stemming from when he entered a garage in Lisbon owned by Kevin Shulas and took items from a pickup in February 2011. A further hearing to determine the penalty for the violation was set for Dec. 17.
Andrew W. Foster, 23, West Main Street, Salineville, stipulated to violating the terms of his probation for convictions of breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools in an incident at the IGA in Salineville on June 3, 2012. His probation was terminated and he was sentenced to nine months in prison and granted credit for 183 days previously served.
