Matthew K. Goatley, 24, County Home Road, Lisbon, fugitive from justice case dismissed.
Chelsea A. Cica, 29, Laura Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for use of unauthorized plate.
William F. Scyoc III, 24, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $130 for seat belt and possession of marijuana.
Desmond Page, 22, Winona Road, Homeworth, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

Michael N. Gibson, 26, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was ordered to pay $115 in restitution to Amanda Garreston and $316.52 to Evelyn Bushman for receiving stolen property.

Michael Paul Gill, 27, U.S. 30, Minerva, was fined $260, placed on one year probation, required 25 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana, driving under suspension, seat belt and speeding.
