In Columbiana County Municipal Court a Nov. 10 preliminary hearing was set for Michael A. Williams, 20, Main Boulevard, East Liverpool, charged with assault of a police officer for allegedly kicking a Wellsville police officer several times while he was being taken into custody on Sunday following a fight at Tony’s Bar. A pretrial was also scheduled for Nov. 10 for charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Donte A. King, 29, Springfield, Mass., was credited with eight days in jail for falsification, obstructing official business and resisting arrest. While investigating a burglary on Oct. 25, Wellsville police reportedly asked King for his name and he gave a fake name before fleeing from the back door of a cruiser. He was tasered while running through a wooded area and found to have a warrant from New York.
Robert C. Cochran, 26, St. Jacob-Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with three days served and sentenced to 42 days in jail for complicity to theft amended from breaking and entering for his part in the theft of a crossbow and a bag full of bolts stolen from an unlocked garage on Lisbon-Dungannon Road, Lisbon, on Oct. 23.
Michael K. Newell, 30, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for misuse of credit cards for using another person’s card at Peebles, Speedway, GetGo and Walgreens in Salem in May.
Dustin R. McMillen, 21, last know address Fairview Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, credited with one day served and required 25 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest for yelling, cursing and being extremely loud on Saturday.
Cody J. Rose, 26, Jefferson County Road 55, Hammondsville, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license and speeding.
Kenneth W. Robinson, 50, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order and disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing a candle with a weighted base at Jacqueline Kollar on June 9 and breaking a flat screen TV behind her when she moved. The protection order violation was for driving past Kollar’s home and making an obscene gesture on June 10.
Jeffrey P. Toker, 38, state Route 46, New Waterford, was fined $150, required 40 hours of community service and credited with one day served in jail for theft for taking a 25-count box of Glad garbage banks from Dollar General in New Waterford on Sept. 24.
Michael J. Miller, 46, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Clifton L. Jezek Jr., 28, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $150 for no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.
Mary K. Barker, 21, Township Road 456, Irondale, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault for striking Jessica Conger on June 23.
Elizabeth M. Hargreaves, 36, Union Ridge Road, Rogers, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for striking her boyfriend Herb Heck in the head and face on Sept. 3.
Kelly A. Laubacher, 46, Beechwood Road, Salem, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Francis Palguta, 32, Boardman, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and one way street.
Jonathon D. Lovejoy, 34, Madison, was fined $50 for criminal trespassing for riding an ATV on Aug. 31 on property clearing marked “No Trespassing” in Yellow Creek Township.
A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Brigham L. Young, 27, Greentree Place, Lisbon, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly doctoring an obituary and faxing it to the court to get out of attending a probation violation hearing by claiming his father had died.
A Nov. 24 pretrial was set for Robert J. Daugherty, 22, West State Street, Salem, for disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and attempting to start a fight a Club Fuel on Sunday.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Ann M. Grande, 37, East Euclid Street, Salem, charged with assault after she allegedly got out of a vehicle and assaulted a woman after seeing her with a man on Friday.
A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Dean M. Renn, 23, State Line Road, Enon Valley, Pa., cited with hit skip and reckless operation for allegedly striking the side of Marshall’s Bar and Grill in East Palestine and a parked vehicle before fleeing.
A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Carl B. Moore, 35, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, assured clear distance and a seat belt violation.
A Dec. 8 pretrial was set for Boyd W. Johnson, 51, state Route 154, Negley, cited with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.
A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Jacob Brown, 28, Spillway Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
A Dec. 29 pretrial was set for Larry M. Landsberger, 44, Depot Road, Salem, charged with menacing for allegedly threatening to shoot Margaret Kean before he left her home. He allegedly handed her a bullet and told her he would be back to shoot her between the eyes. She reportedly believed him because he has shot at her in the past.
A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Kimberly N. Kelly, 29, Thomas Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and failure to display a valid sticker.
In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Jordan T. Wales, 22, Columbia Street, East Palestine, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury for a charge of possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. Wales allegedly had the materials and chemicals to create methamphetamine in the trunk of his vehicle on Oct. 26.
Anthony M. Hostetter, 21, Deerfield, was fined $700, had his license suspended for 180 days and required to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Danielle Devan, 29, McCann Road, Salem, was fined $925, sentenced to two days in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and had her license suspended for 180 days for driving under OVI suspension, OVI first offense and marked lanes.
James A. Reeder, 62, First Street, Hanoverton, was fined $675, required 30 hours community service, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program for physical control amended from OVI first offense.
Mark E. Liggett, 55, Park Court, Columbiana, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense. A tail lights violation was dismissed.
William M. Alesi III, 30, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for criminal trespassing for going into the Salem Acres Apartment Complex on Nov. 1 after signing a “no trespass order” on Aug. 29 due to previous altercations there.
Michele L. Whaley, 48, Buck Road, Alliance, was fined $200 for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
David A. Young, 35, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Raymond Everly, 46, Dearborn, Mich., was fined $150 for a brake lights violation amended from a red light violation.
Victoria Tyus, 52, Pittsburgh, was fined $130 and required 10 hour community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Brittany J. McCutcheon, 24, Lemon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $130 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to yield.
Warren W. Andrews III, 46, Neeld Road, East Palestine, was fined $100 for a brake lights violation amended from speeding.
Kurtis J. Vandress, 28, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Delmer R. Knauff, 50, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for criminal mischief for urinating on the counter, wall and floor at VRS Hometown Loans on Oct. 3.
Brian D. McCormack, 42, Poland, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for shoving a woman in front of the Leetonia Police Department on April 13.

A charge of violating a temporary protection order against Kenneth W. Robinson, 50, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was dismissed.
A charge of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child against David K. Courtwright, 19, Sherwood Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed so it can be filed in juvenile court.
A driving under suspension citation against Jason R. Mangus, 32, state Route 164, Leetonia, was dismissed due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicles error. He was fined $30 for a seat belt violation.
