Wooding reportedly had a Winchester shotgun belonging to James Wooding on Dec. 3, 2013.
He also had heroin on Aug. 31, 2013.

Parise was selling oxycodone on Sept. 9 and Sept. 13 in quantities greater than bulk, but less than five times the bulk amount. He faces up to six years in prison, a 10-year license suspension and a $20,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 12.
Michale Fowler, 36, South Vine Street, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He faces up to a year in prison, a $2,500 fine and a five-year license suspension. Fowler had psilocyn on Sept. 14, 2013. Sentencing is set for Jan. 26.
John M. Plavka, 43, Homeworth Road, Alliance, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Plavka, Homeworth Road, Alliance, was charged after punching Sarah Wutrick in the head and face while driving her vehicle on Speidel Road and again on her property when she told him she did not want him to take her car on March 23. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 26.
Randolph V.L. Moore Jr., 21, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of drugs. He faces up to four and a half years in prison, a $15,000 fine and a 20-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 12.
Craig A. Apinis, 35, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having less than five grams of cocaine on Feb. 5. He faces up to 12 months in prison, a five-year suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set Jan. 12.
Roger H. Roe, 50, Milford, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to passing bad checks. Roe reportedly wrote an $8,500 check to Performance Trucks when he purchased a 2006 Ford F-350 on May 15, 2013. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 26.
Lindzay J. Beaver, 33, East Fifth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to robbery. Beaver was confronted by a Kmart employee, Chris Young, while attempting to flee from the Calcutta store with two air conditioning units on May 19. He then pinned Young against a truck with one of the units. Sentencing is set for Jan. 26. He faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Donald A. Byrd, 41, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to four counts of possession of drugs, three with a forfeiture specification. Byrd was sentenced to nine months in prison to be served consecutive to sentences in cases two other drug possession cases for hydrocodone and cocaine. The current charges state Byrd had heroin and cocaine on Jan. 1, when he also had $552 believed used or intended for use in a drug-related offense. Then on April 10 and March 5, Byrd again had cocaine.
An indictment against Nicole Graef, 27, Rauch Road, East Palestine, was dismissed after it was found she is incompetent to stand trial. Graef had been charged with telecommunications harassment for allegedly making numerous calls, sending unwanted emails and leaving voice mail messages even after she was asked to stop contacting attorney Constance Witt.

An East Liverpool teen pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to assault for attacking a corrections officer while at the county jail on Oct. 30, 2013.
Queysean L. Sallis, 19, Jackson Street, faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 19.
Sallis punched corrections officer Brent Bergman in the face several times while he was in custody at the facility following his arrest on charges of burglary and improper discharge of a firearm at or near a habitation.
Mary E. Kiehl, 30, Park Avenue, East Palestine, pleaded guilty to two counts possession of drugs for heroin and lorazepam she had on March 1. Sentencing was set for Jan. 16, 2015. She faces up to two and a half years in prison, a 10-year license suspension and a $7,500 fine.
Timothy L. Medeiros II, 23, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to vehicular assault and OVI. On Aug. 4, 2013, Medeiros was driving on state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township when he drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail, continued off the left side of the roadway striking another guardrail and went over an embankment overturning several times. The accident resulted in the injuries of MacKenzie Stacey, including a concussion, lacerated spleen, lacerated liver, broken rib, broken tail bone and torn ACL. Sentencing was set for Jan. 8. He faces up to two and a half years in prison, an 11-year license suspension and a $7,150 fine.
Russell F. Culbreath, 36, New Manchester, W.Va., was sentenced to a year in prison for two counts possession of drugs for heroin and cocaine on July 19, 2012. His license was suspended for six months.
Carl L. Ours, 43, Midland, Pa., pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for Jan. 15. Ours had initially been charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, knife attack on Cary Barnes on Oct. 18, 2013. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Robert C. Jones, 60, Roses Run Road, Salineville, stipulated to violating his probation. He was sentenced to three years probation for cultivation of marijuana.
Timothy M. Wamsley Jr., 32, state Route 154, Lisbon, was sentenced to four years probation for burglary for breaking into the home of Lisa Bentfeld, Shady Lane, Lisbon, on Oct. 8, 2013.
Judson T. Edling, 28, West Pershing Street, Salem, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction. His participation in the program was terminated and he was placed on four years probation. The initial charge of possession of drugs was due to Edling being in possession of a small plastic container of methamphetamine on Sept. 21, 2013.
James E. Dyke pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and placed on a three-year intervention in lieu of conviction program. Dyke, 22, North Shady Lane, East Liverpool, had cocaine on Oct. 4, 2013.

Jackson reportedly sold or offered to sell heroin on July 18, 2013 and assisted his brother, Tremaine Jackson, 25, in the commission of another trafficking offense. He faces up to two years in prison, a 10 year license suspension and $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 15.
Jackson, his brother Tremaine, also known as T; and another brother Allen Jackson, 22, also known as Keith, were all three indicted in March with drug trafficking related charges. Allen Jackson is currently serving a 24-month sentence, while the charges against Tremaine Jackson are still pending.

A Salem man accused of manufacturing meth in an apartment in October 2013 pleaded guilty to charges in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Monday.
Christopher S. Neiswonger, 43, West Pershing Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of the chemicals for manufacture of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs. He faces up to 20 years in prison, a 15-year license suspension and a $37,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 12.
The lab was reportedly discovered when police went to the apartment to investigate a possible domestic violence incident. Children and other people were found to be living in the same building.
Crystal G. Holloway, 37, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was sentenced to four years community control with up to the first six months to be served at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Lisbon. Holloway had pleaded guilty in September to possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification for having at least 10 grams of heroin, but less than 50 grams, along with $50 in her possession believed to have been used or for use in a drug-related offense.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
Amanda Bragg, 35, Vine Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to permitting drug abuse and four counts possession of drugs.
Bragg allegedly had heroin, cocaine and oxycodone in her possession on Nov. 25, 2013. Additionally, she is accused of allowing her home or property to be used for drug trafficking offenses by co-defendant Anthony Marscarella, 26, Youngstown, who has also been charged with three counts of possession of drugs.
Bragg faces up to seven years in prison, a $20,000 fine and a 25-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 5.

Columbiana County Common Pleas
Matthew J. Ankrom, 24, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to seven months in prison for forgery. Ankrom had written a $503 check on the account of Alexis Nicole Faloba without her permission on March 31.
Lauren McKinnon, 26, Crawford Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and failure to appear. She faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 22. McKinnon had 30 doses of heroin found during a search warrant executed on Dec. 5, 2008 and then failed to appear on May 10, 2010 for a hearing regarding the heroin charges.
Richard E. Parrish, 42, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having at least 10 grams of heroin, but less than 50 grams on Nov. 21, 2013. Parrish faces up to eight years in prison, a five-year suspension and a $15,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 15.
