CIC approves use of property for flag football practice

EAST LIVERPOOL – The East Liverpool Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) voted during Thursday’s full board meeting to allow the East Liverpool Flag Football League to use CIC owned property on Maryland Avenue for practice. The property is at 500 Maryland, which is the former site of the old East Liverpool Junior High School which was demolished in May of 2023. Whitley for the May 2025 shooting death of James Powell, but with another status hearing set for 1:40 p.m. May 8.
