LISBON — Probate/Juvenile Court Judge Thomas Baronzzi is looking for candidates to fill two unexpired terms which are vacant on the Columbiana County Park District Board, with the deadline still 4 p.m. April 30 to accept applications. LISBON — A man whose license was suspended for 15 years during sentencing in March 2024 for aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault now has limited driving privileges. Lowell D.
