LISBON — A former Columbiana man already sentenced to at least 39 years in prison for trying to kill a woman last year earned an additional year for menacing and attempted intimidation of the same woman via letters sent from jail. A representative from Whitacker Myers Insurance Agency addressed the board regarding the BWD risk management yearly renewal which is scheduled to renew on Oct. 1.
