GAHANNA, Ohio — AEP Ohio and five data center companies recently announced a first-of-its-kind effort to provide more than $18 million in additional funding to help Ohioans pay their electric bills. LISBON — The criminal case against Amanda M. Kiger and River Valley Organizing for allegedly stealing charitable donations for personal use remains unresolved. During a hearing last week before Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam, a new status hearing was set for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 10. A jury trial remains set for 8:30 a.m. Oct. 13. LISBON — A Boardman area contractor convicted in 2024 of stealing from clients was scheduled for a probation violation hearing in three separate cases Friday, but failed to show up. Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam issued a bench warrant for John P. Bartos, 43, Youngstown, when he didn’t arrive for the 10:30 a.m. hearing.
