WELLSVILLE (WKBN) — A search warrant executed Friday in Wellsville put a nearby high school into a soft lockdown while an arrest was made. The Wellsville Police Department, alongside the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office and Columbiana County Drug Task Force, completed a search at a home in the 1000 block of Commerce Street, according to a post on Facebook. Lisbon man gets nine years in prison for Madison Township shooting

LISBON — A Lisbon man who pleaded guilty recently to felonious assault, tampering with evidence and a firearm specification related to a 2025 shooting in Madison Township must serve at least nine years in prison. Hunter Congrove, 23, state Route 45, could face a maximum 12 years in prison if the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections chooses to keep him inside at the end of the nine years, dependent on his behavior in jail. Canfield Fair adds local artist to entertainment lineup

CANFIELD (WKBN) – A Valley artist has been added to the Canfield Fair entertainment lineup. Candace Campana has been added to the Labor Day show, scheduled for Monday, Sept. 7.
