Fire dept. theft suspect indicted

LISBON — Kaedin D. Ulbrich, 19, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for fourth-degree felony grand theft and fifth-degree felony breaking and entering for illegally entering the Lisbon Fire Department building and stealing equipment, including numerous radios and turnout gear used for firefighting on June 19. WELLSBURG, W.Va. — Two additional felony charges have been filed in the case against the now-former principal of Brooke High School, who has been accused of hiding cameras in three girls’ locker rooms at the school. Eric Michael James, 53, now faces three felony counts of intentionally intercepting or attempting to intercept wire, oral or electronic communication, and one felony count of breaking and entering a nonresidence, according to online magistrate records.
