Local mayors connect with teachers during ESC bootcamp

LISBON — Mayors from local communities were able to visit the Columbiana County Educational Service Center and speak to teachers during the ESC’s recent Teacher Bootcamp. The Bootcamp, which was held last week, was a way for local teachers to see first-hand the available careers in Columbiana County. LISBON — The preliminary hearing in the felony domestic violence case against former Liverpool Township police chief Jayson W. Jackson set for Aug. 3 has been moved to 1 p.m. Aug. 17. LISBON — A Lisbon man charged with felonious assault and other counts related to a 2025 shooting in Madison Township will face sentencing at 10 a.m. Aug. 28 in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court after entering a guilty plea.
