The Columbiana County Fair saw blue skies Thursday after a rainy Wednesday. The Derby Pull that was scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday in the Grandstand was canceled due to the conditions of the track, but the Touch-A-Truck and Josiah Showalter concert went on as scheduled.
