The 2025 Dairy Princess Maddie Neville reported on her reign as princess. During the fair Maddie was able to ride a milk truck in the Opening Ceremony Parade. She handed out ribbons during the Dairy Shows and mini showmanship contest. Maddie visited many area fairs such as Canfield, Carroll, and Trumble. She participated in many other events and parades promoting Columbiana County Dairy Industry. During the Columbiana Christmas Parade Maddie won the Fruitcake Award (the most fun float).

Maddie crowned the 2026 Dairy Princess Carli Binckley of Salem. Carli is the daughter of Todd and Lynsey Bricker; she is a sophomore at United Local High School. Carli participates in 4-H, United FFA, showing Ayrshire Cattle and recently was the Ohio Ayrshire Princess. In 2022 she showed the Grand Champion Ayrshire Cow at the Junior Show during the World Dairy Expo.

The first runner up was Nicole Deckard, daughter of Lola Deckard, Beloit. Nichole is a junior at West Branch High School. She participates in 4-H, FFA, Flag Football, basketball, soccer, track and field, and Junior Fair Board. Nicole also shows Ayrshire and Milking Shorthorns.
