A vehicle also was seized.
Additional charges are pending from the State of Pennsylvania.
Each man is currently being held in lieu of $50,000 bond with neither having initial arraignment court dates set as of yet, according to the online case docket for the Hancock County Magistrate as of Tuesday evening.
Boyer, who hails from Pennsylvania, did have his extradition transferred to county circuit court by magistrate Omeka Petteway earlier Tuesday.
