East Liverpool High School Government students traveled to Washington, D.C. Tuesday. Forty-five students spent the day taking in the sights of the nation’s capital including Arlington National Cemetery, including attending the ceremony of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the John F. Kennedy gravesite; and monuments including the Lincoln Memorial, Capitol Building and Smithsonian Museum. Students had perfect spring weather to enjoy the cherry blossoms which were in full bloom.
