Trial date set for embattled former recovery clinic owner

YOUNGSTOWN (WKBN) - Trial is set for next month for one-time addiction-counseling-center operator Ryan Sheridan.

He entered not guilty pleas Tuesday morning to a new indictment returned earlier this month. He's facing felony charges of abduction and domestic violence from an October 2025 incident in Austintown.

Sheridan is being held on a federal probation violation from his conviction on Medicaid fraud in 2019.
