Beaver Local Schools recognized the sacrifices made by service members during its Veterans Day program on Nov. 11. About 1,000 students in grades 5-12 gathered with around 80 veterans as well as family members, school staff and administrators for observance in the high school gym following a breakfast featuring live patriotic music played for the guests. The program was led by the Beaver Local History Club. It featured Beaver Local third grade students, Beaver Local Band and Choir students from both the MS and HS along with guest speaker Major Rich Saphore. (Submitted photo)
