Camp Yeshua VBS set

Yeshua Assembly of God, 49345 Calcutta Smiths Ferry Road, East Liverpool, will host its Camp Yeshua VBS Aug. 10 through 12 from 6 to 8 p.m., with registration at 5:45 p.m., for grades kindergarten through fifth.

Flying HIGH Inc. Professional Development Center, in partnership with OhioMeansJobs, will host a community job fair on Tuesday, Aug. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the East Liverpool Administration Offices – Westgate School, located at 810 W. 8th St., East Liverpool. Entrance to the event is through Door 1-1, and no pre-registration is required. This free event offers job seekers the chance to connect face-to-face with local employers hiring for positions that offer competitive wages and benefits. In addition to meeting employers, attendees can access support services designed to help them get job-ready. Services include assistance with earning skills credentials, obtaining a valid driver’s license, securing reliable transportation, passing a drug screen, and strengthening professionalism and workplace skills.
