LCC accepting adult leadership applications
Leadership Columbiana County (LCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to building strong civic-minded leaders across Columbiana County, is now accepting applications for its adult leadership program starting this fall.
Since 1999, LCC has empowered local business professionals, nonprofit staff, and community leaders through intensive classroom learning and hands-on experiential sessions within the county–helping participants build confidence, leadership skills, and an understanding of local opportunities and challenges.
Program Highlights:
Nine full-day sessions held September through May, each covering critical topics such as healthcare, economic development, law enforcement, education, county government, wellness, and industry sectors.
Tours and immersive site visits to local businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies offer real-world exposure and networking opportunities.
Access to a growing network of alumni and civic leaders committed to strengthening Columbiana County communities.
Who Should Apply?
Mid-level professionals and community influencers who are eager to grow leadership skills, deepen civic engagement, and contribute meaningfully to the future of Columbiana County.
Investment
