Alcatraz Body Modifications to hold firearm raffle benefit for family of Stephanie Householder

ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP — Dallas Cole, owner of Alcatraz Body Modifications in Calcutta, is holding a firearm raffle to help the family of Stephanie Householder, who along with her unborn child was killed in an incident over the weekend at The Wharf in East Liverpool.

Cole said Alcatraz is donating the firearm to be raffled so all proceeds will go directly to Householder’s mother Tammy Kent to help cover final expenses and other needs of the family.

Cole noted that he does not know Householder or her family very well, but he saw a comment on one of his social media posts that noted that she had gotten some of her tattoos from his business, but he was not able to confirm that.

Cole said Householder’s aunt, Heather Spicer, reached out to his business and asked if they could help cover the cost of final expenses, to which he said absolutely, but he would need permission from Householder’s mother first. Kent called and gave the okay for the raffle.

At that point he pulled a Springfield Armory XD Mod 3 9 mm pistol from his stock to raffle off to raise funds for the family. The firearm, which Cole said is a newer model, tends to retail for $325 to approximately $345.

There is no set number of tickets for sale, Cole said. Tickets will be sold for one to two weeks until ticket sales slow down, then the winner will be picked by drawing.

“I’m really hoping to have it go for two weeks to try to raise as much for them as we can,” Cole said.

Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at Alcatraz Body Modifications, 16136 state Route 170, East Liverpool.

“It’s a tragic situation. She had her whole life ahead of her and the baby had its whole life ahead of him/her,” Cole said.

“We are just trying to help out where we can. We can’t help everybody. We wish we could,” Cole said. “We are not trying to pick and choose who we help. If it’s put in front of us, we try to do it.”

A spaghetti dinner fundraiser has also been planned by Chelsey White to benefit Householder’s family.

The dinner will be held Aug. 30 from 3 p.m. until the event sells out at the East Liverpool Moose Lodge, 127 E. Third St., East Liverpool.

Tickets which include spaghetti, salad and bread are $10 for adults, $5 for children under the age of 12 and free for children 3 and under.

For tickets, donations, or other information contact White at 330-932-5694 or email whitechelsey06@gmail.com. Donations are also being taken through GoFundMe/CashApp.
