Jim Pusateri, president, Board of Directors, Columbiana County Airport, presents a check in the amount of $9,500 to Deputy Dog Warden Amber Adkins, Columbiana County Dog Pound. The check is for the proceeds raised from the Wings and Wheels event held Aug. 24 at the Columbiana County Airport. According to Adkins, the funds will help provide better vet care for dogs like Maui (pictured) and all the other dogs at the dog pound as well as help with expenses such as supplies.
