ST. CLAIR TWP. — Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agents Sunday executed a search warrant in the 16000 block of Gilpner Avenue in St. Clair Township.

Agents from the MVHTTF and officers from St. Clair Township police were acting on information learned from a previous search warrant executed on Feb. 29 in regards to a male suspected of committing prostitution and sex related crimes dating back several years, including potentially crimes involving minors offering sex for hire, and a female being trafficked to the individual for sex in exchange for drug money. The crimes occurred while the individual resided in East Palestine and then continued at his current residence in St. Clair Township.

Recovered during the search were numerous electronic devices including computers, DVDs and cellular phones, in addition to drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics.

No arrests were made and the investigation is ongoing.
