NEW MAYOR TAKES OATH OF OFFICE

East Liverpool councilmembers found themselves being administered in familiar territory Thursday afternoon, after Columbiana County Common Pleas Judge Megan Bickerton (not pictured) administered their oath of office, which in years past had taken place upstairs in the now-closed East Liverpool Municipal Court. Pictured from left to right are John Mercer, at large; Brian Kerr, at large; Jeff Kreefer, third ward; Scott Barrett, fourth ward; Tom Beagle, first ward; John Torma, council president; Thomas Clark, at large; and Fred Rayl, second ward.
