EAST LIVERPOOL -- The East Liverpool City School District Board of Education held a special board meeting Thursday to approve personnel changes.
The board accepted the resignation of Joseph Maple, assistant to the technology coordinator, effective Sept. 19.
The board approved the following classified personnel: Brittany Tice, paraprofessional at a salary of $14.27 per hour; Tracey Hall, cafeteria aide at North at a salary of $14.47 per hour; and Charles Higgins and Josh Fiest, as crossing guards at a salary of $13.10 per hour. Substitute personnel approved for hire include Laura Rowe, substitute custodian; Kaylee Mays and Tammie Anderson, food service substitutes; and Megan Duncan, paraprofessional substitute.
Denver Chisom and Donna McBurney were approved for Camp Fitch with Chisom at a salary of $424.16 and McBurney at $387.04.
The board adjourned executive session to discuss School Superintendent Jonathan Ludwig's evaluation, with no action taken.
The East Liverpool Board of Education meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. at the district's administration building. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Sept. 28.
