The Back to School Bash held Tuesday night at Patterson Field helped parents and students finalize preparations for returning to school with the distribution of class schedules and bus passes. Approximately 35 organizations and agencies from the community were at the event with exhibits set up featuring games, public resource information, back to school supplies and more. Youth at the event were able to play in bubble fun and tackle an inflatable ninja obstacle course and a petting zoo. Families were treated to pizza, hot dogs and ice cream. A couple thousand people were expected to attend the free event according to Megan Hernandez, communications, East Liverpool City Schools.
