Beaver Local's fourth graders are headed to Camp Fitch next week. An appreciative group of fourth-grade student representatives welcomed David Gordon and Jessica Novak to Beaver Local Elementary. Gordon and Novak presented the students with a donation from South Field Energy that covered the remaining cost for the entire fourth grade to attend camp. The Outdoor Learning Experience normally costs $137 per child. Students raise funds in September to help cover the cost per person. This is the second year that South Field Energy has covered the remaining balance to ensure that all students can attend camp at no cost.
