Spring athletic hires top EL school board recent agenda

EAST LIVERPOOL -- During their regular meeting Thursday night, the East Liverpool school board renewed their annual membership in the Ohio School Board Association at a relatively short meeting. The cost is $7,495.

Resignations included Maggie Patterson, a paraprofessional at the junior high school, and Melissa Waggle, a paraprofessional at LaCroft Elementary School.

Supplemental contracts were granted to Richard Flowers as spring equipment manager; Ryian Burson, varsity softball coach; Mary Davis, varsity assistant softball coach; Kelsey Diddle, reserve softball coach; Maurice Brown, middle school girls track coach; Dana Vulgamor, middle school girls assistant track coach; and William Miller, varsity boys tack coach.

Tracey also was hired as a five-hour bus driver for the school district's well as a substitute food service worker.

Membersalso accepted Jimmy Joe Savage as an event worker and Brian Kopras as a volunteer track coach for this school year.
