EAST LIVERPOOL WINNING DISPLAYS

The Southern Columbiana County Regional Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Southern Columbiana County recently announced the winning entries of its inaugural Christmas window decorating contest. According to chamber Executive Director Lisa Blasdel, the collaborative effort received 35 entries in the downtown East Liverpool area. "We had a great response for this year's contest." Blasdel also thanked the chamber's Facebook viewers for participating in choosing the "Viewers Choice," adding they had nearly 10,000 views for the contest photos. Winning entries included Nicole Rockwell on behalf of New Castle School of Trades, which won for Most Original; Scott Shepherd on behalf of the Carriage House, Best in Theme; and Paula Hissom on behalf of Nana's Primitives, Viewers' Choice.
