WELLSVILLE — Village police are investigating a break-in at the Kwik King on Main Street, which reportedly happened early on Sunday morning.

According to Police Chief Eddie Wilson, surveillance video shows someone prying open the back door of the business, which resulted in setting off an alarm at about 5:45 a.m. The thieves reportedly stole an unspecified number of cigarettes.

When contacted on Sunday evening, Wilson said at that point the police department has developed suspects in case and were in the process of interviewing people at the police station. Charges would be pending, he said.
