East Liverpool trash collection Trash will not be collected in East Liverpool Thursday, Dec. 25, due to the observance of Christmas. Instead, residents whose trash is normally collected on Thursday should have it out on Friday. Those whose trash is picked up on Friday should have it out for Saturday during the week of Christmas. Residents are asked to notify their neighbors of the trash schedule for the week of Christmas, so they can have their trash out and ready for collection.
