Local attorney retires after 45 years

LISBON – After 45 years, attorney Coleen Hall Dailey conducted one final hearing Dec. 22 in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, and as she walked back into the courtroom a few minutes later she was surprised by colleagues, judges, courtroom staff and magistrates with whom she had worked the past decades in many capacities.
