Wellsville BOE special meeting The Wellsville Board of Education special meeting scheduled for Monday has been canceled. Wellsville parking ban WELLSVILLE — Due to the predicted winter storm anticipated to hit the area Sunday night, Mayor Bob Boley issued a parking ban from 6 p.m. Sunday through 6 p.m. Monday. During the parking ban there is to be no parking on Main Street. Boley is requesting those who park on Broadway or Commerce streets to park their vehicles on the side roads. OSU Alumni Club scholarships Local high school seniors considering attending The Ohio State University in the fall are reminded the OSU Alumni Club of Columbiana County offers five competitive $1,000 scholarships. To apply for one of these scholarships the student must have applied to the university and have a student ID number. Application is made through the OSU financial aid website, Scholarship Universe.
