EAST LIVERPOOL — The Orchards of East Liverpool and The Orchards Rehab Suites have achieved 5 Stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in both Overall Rating and Quality Measures, recognizing the organization’s commitment to quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. Skin cancer screening scheduled for Sept. 16 LISBON — The Columbiana County Health District will be hosting their last skin cancer screening in 2026 on Wednesday, Sept. 16. The clinic is accepting patients by appointment only. The screening will be held at the Health District located at: 7360 state Route 45. A local physician will staff the clinic and there will be no charge for residents of the General Health District to be screened.
